Rhiannon Lloyd is a Research Fellow with NZLI. Her current focus is on leadership in the health and safety space. In her role she is responsible communicating results of research to a variety of NZLI stakeholders.
As a part time Professional Teaching Fellow, Rhiannon is also the Course Director of a Masters level consultancy course for the Graduate School of Management at the University of Auckland Business School. In this role she supervises the placement of students within SME businesses across the wider Auckland region. She also teaches on various postgraduate and undergraduate management papers, and specialises in organisational behaviour, leadership and critical management theory.
Rhiannon’s doctoral study was completed at Cardiff University that examined the contesting environmental perceptions of nuclear power in the UK. Prior to her PhD she completed an MSc in Social Science Research Methods, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management. She has extensive knowledge of qualitative research methods and has prior experience working as an analyst for research consultancies in London.
